| Since 1988, we have been making
yogurt here at Seven Stars Farm. We were one of the first
Biodynamic/Organic farmers to process milk on the farm and,
I think, we are among the last to put up a web site! Chalk it
up to a Luddite streak or just plain laziness. We're going to
gradually add pages that show the various aspects of our farm
and processing plant. I plan on emphasizing photos with brief
explanations and provide links to more details. Most of all,
we want to answer your questions and give you a chance to look
around our farm. So please, e-mail any suggestions and we'll
do our best to answer them. info@sevenstarsfarm.com.

Seven Stars Farm
is a 350 acre certified Biodynamic dairy farm located in northern
Chester County, PA. We use the milk from our Jersey and Jersey
crossed herd to produce Seven Stars Organic Yogurt. Our yogurt
is sold via natural foods distributors throughout the eastern
United States. It is available in five 32oz. flavors: Whole
Milk Plain, Maple and Vanilla; and Low-Fat Plain and Maple.
Organic maple syrup, organic vanilla extract and cultures are
the only additional ingredients added to our unhomogenized,
pasteurized milk. We produce an old-fashioned, European-style
yogurt that isn't for everyone. But for those of us who love
it, it can be quite addictive! |
